Wengler Surveying & Mapping employs highly qualified and trained staff using advanced equipment and technologies. Traditional field data is measured using a TOPCON GTS 211D Total Station, which is an instrument that combines horizontal and vertical angular measurements with an electronic distance meter. The measured data is collected and stored electronically using a Tripod Data Systems (TDS) RECON brand data collector. Global Positioning System (GPS) measurements are made using TRIMBLE 4600LS Geodetic grade receivers. Both traditional and GPS measurements are adjusted by a rigorous least squares adjustment process using STARNET software employing the latest geoid and vertical deflection models. Maps are drafted with AutoCad and plotted using a Hewlett Packard Designjet large format plotter. We host our own web server that contains our web page and a comprehensive database of over 12,500 survey images dating back to 1864.
