Many thanks to my son, Matthew Wengler a high school senior who spent countless
hours combining thousands of images into multiple image files, my daughter,
Lindsay Wengler and my wife Ellen for all the hours they have spent entering
data.

I would also like to thank both Jesse Wagner and Bill Vernon, who tirelessly
input data as interns while studying Surveying Geomatics at Peninsula College in
Port Angeles. Both Jesse and Bill graduated and are currently employed as
Survey Technicians.
